Question: How long does it take to get my order?
Answer: We attempt to ship our orders within 2 to 3 working days of receipt. Occasionally we are out of stock for a short period of time, which can add additional time. You need to add the transit time to the processing time to get the total shipping time, this can be up to 6 more days depending on how far you are from South Dakota. You will receive an email when your order ships to help you estimate arrival. Our shipping information page in this Information Box gives some more tips and information.
Question: How can I order if I do not have a credit card?

The check out process gives you the option to pay by check or money order, check that selection and follow the prompts. Please be sure to give us your complete order information when you send us your check or money order so that we can find and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Answer: We have knowledgeable people who can help you through your questions or difficulties.
Question: Do you have a printed catalog and how can I get one?
Answer: Yes, we do have a printed catalog, however this web site is the most current and up to date listing of our new products and our current product line. If you wish a printed catalog please write, email or call us for one.
Question: I do not see what I am looking for, do you have more products?
Answer: Our entire current product line is on this website. If there is something that you would like to see us carry please drop us an email and we will look into possibly carrying that product. Email us at info@tdcreations.com.
Question: Do you ship out of the United States?
Answer: Yes, we will ship out of the United States, however the shipping costs become more expensive. If you live outside the United States you must either place your order via postal mail, Fax, Email, Phone or using this website knowing that the shipping costs will be adjusted to the actual shipping cost upon shipment. We will email you with the cost before shipping. If ordering by any means other than electronic be sure to give us your valid email address in order to contact you.
Question: I am kind of new to crochet, can I really might up your patterns?
Answer: Our patterns are written in a simple and precise form. If you follow the instructions exactly as they are written and you can crochet simple and basic crochet stitches, you should not have a problem making our designs. Other publishers leave things for you to interpret or assume, we do not.
Question: Why are the shipping costs so high?
Answer: Our shipping costs reflect our actual costs to ship your order. We do not make shipping and handling a profit center. When the year is done we try to break even on shipping costs. Answer: We do not offer quantity discounts at the present time. We do have several items on sale or on closeout almost continuously.
