Your order will be shipped either by USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your order, this can be a variable because of the shipping carrier and the distance from South Dakota.
You will have to select the shipping option of your choice during the checkout process.

Points to consider in your shipping choice.

1. USPS is generally cheaper in the 3 pounds and under package weight.
2. USPS priority mail service is generally faster than UPS.
3. Packages 1 lb up to 4 pounds are sent via Priority Mail in the United States when the USPS choice is selected.
4. Canadian and foreign orders MUST choose the USPS option ONLY.
5. The shipping calculator for the shipping option that you selected will display the shipping cost that you will be charged during the checkout process.

If a return of patterns or merchandise becomes necessary. Patterns are generally not returnable, except for miss fills or defects.
All returns need a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
